All our helium balloon decorations or floating balloons have an approximate duration of 9-10 hours. We cannot guarantee a longer duration, as it will depend on the weather conditions in your location.
Outdoor decorations require bases and special installation, with an additional charge for this service. If you do not specify these details, there is a risk that your decoration may float away.
We are not responsible for weather changes, sun exposure, rain, or any damage that may affect the decoration after delivery.
Once the decoration is delivered and accepted, we do not provide helium refills. From that point on, the responsibility lies with the customer.
For deliveries or installations before 9 am or after 6 pm, an additional charge will apply. Likewise, if you require urgent decoration within the next 24 hours, an urgent fee will be applied.
All deliveries are made in the morning or afternoon without a specific time. For deliveries at specific times, please contact us to place your order with an additional cost.
Photos are for reference only. We guarantee the delivery of arrangements of excellent quality, but balloon designs may vary depending on the availability of our inventory.
ALL orders for the weekend must be placed before Friday at 12 pm. Orders placed after this deadline may not guarantee completion or delivery on the desired date. It is recommended to call for urgent orders at (214) 238-6311 or (903) 368-0213.
